All orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business/working days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification. Please note that during holiday seasons and sale periods, delivery may take up to 10 working day.

Checking the Status of Your Order

To keep you informed, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us when your order is shipped. This notification will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking

information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at 43amsubss@gmail.com. Include your name and order number in your message, and we will promptly investigate the matter on your behalf.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

At Rasam.pk, we value your satisfaction, and we offer a "NO QUESTION ASKED" policy for returns and exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange any unused merchandise, you may do so within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the package through a registered courier at their own expense to our designated return address. We want to emphasize that delivery charges will not be refunded as part of the return process.
